Compass is an initiative born from the need identified in all partner countries to motivate older learners to take a more active part in lifelong learning. The goal was to develop new and innovative ways to combine foreign language learning and cultural heritage. As a result, educational materials and methodologies were created to lead to the improvement of teaching competencies of adult educators and trigger the motivation for learning of older learners. Arte-D goal is to train young workers in innovative ways and means to collaborate with NEET (young people unemployed and not studying) to promote their social participation and entry into the world of work through artistic expression using popular digital formats.
